Running a small business can sometimes feel like going through the motions while the world swirls around you. This is our way of doing something that actually matters — putting beauty into the hands of people doing meaningful work. Dave’s new role on the Farm

In other news, seven years in, Dave is taking the reins as our field lead this season — and the farm is ready for him. Dave has already been managing for farmers market for the past four seasons and I roped him into doing more!

We spent this week walking the property and mapping out everything ahead: feeding, weeding, mulching, planting, pruning trees, and more. The to-do list is long, as it always is. All that's left now is a little patience — for the right weather and our crew to arrive — and then the real work begins.

Plant Sale

Here’s your friendly reminder that our plant sale is live on the website. We have three pick up locations in the Charles Village neighborhood on Baltimore, in Silver Spring and on the Farm.

Any plant sale orders picked up at the farm receive a 10% discount on their order. Plants are ready the last week of April. Get your online orders in sooner rather than later!
